WZ series eddy current brake is driven by YZR metallurgical and reusing winding rotor three-phase asynchronous motor, mechanical performance of motor and eddy current brake superposition, through the control circuit, improve the speed regulation characteristics of crane, expand speed regulation range. When the crane is under any load, it can produce an adjustable brake torque on the motor shaft by adjusting the excitation current of the eddy current brake, so that the crane can rise and fall smoothly and place accurately. Such as container crane, metallurgical crane, construction crane, dock and pull, shift table and other lifting equipment, using eddy current brake, can improve their mechanical characteristics.
Structural features:
1, B3 installation form, simple and firm structure, easy to use and maintenance.
2, steel frame, cast iron end cover.
3, the protection grade of the shell is IP23, and the junction box is located at the top of the frame, and the protection grade is IP44.
4. The armature (rotor) of the brake is welded to the rotating shaft with a steel round barrel with heat sink.
5. The cooling mode is IC411. The fan is mounted on the shaft in the end cover.
6, the frame number (center height) matches the standard motor model.
Working system and technical parameters
1. The working mode of eddy current brake is S3, and the load persistence rate is 15% (as shown in Figure 1).
2. The working environment of brake is not more than 1000 meters above sea level.
3, the insulation grade is F and H, F is suitable for the ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, H is suitable for the ambient temperature does not exceed 60℃.
4, the eddy current brake power supply is DC, using 110V power supply, winding excitation voltage is 80±15V, using 220V power supply, winding excitation voltage is 160±30V. The excitation current is not greater than 25A.
