YZP series metallurgical and reuse frequency conversion speed
regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is a speed regulation three-phase
asynchronous motor with frequency conversion speed regulation device as the
power supply, and the system composed of frequency conversion device can
achieve stepless speed change; Achieve the purpose of energy saving and control
automation. Because of the characteristics of high efficiency, wide speed
range, good precision, stable starting and braking operation, and large
overload capacity, especially suitable for frequency conversion speed
regulation, short or intermittent cycle operation, frequent starting and
braking occasions.
The basic technical requirements of the motor meet the
requirements of IEC34-1 and GB755 standards, and the installation dimensions
meet the IEC71 international standards. The motor can be equipped with thermal
protector, heater, encoder, electromagnetic brake, overspeed switch, speed
generator and other additional devices to meet the requirements of users.

frame is fan-cooled (IC416).

for 1min.
Motor
is suitable for intermittent periodic working system. According to the
different nature of load, motor working system can be divided into:

Short-time working system (S2) : operate at a constant load for a given time.
When the motor does not reach the thermal stability state, it will stop and cut
off energy for a period of time, so that the temperature difference between the
motor and the cooling medium is within 2K.
